Wordtracker is probably the most popular paid keyword research tool. Wordtracker’s keyword suggestions are based on over 300 million keywords and phrases that people have used. The keyword data is collected from MetaCrawler.com and DogPile.com searches over the previous 90 days.

In my opinion, Wordtracker’s keyword research tool is definitely worth purchasing if you can afford it.
