eMonetized’s First Online Interview

Posted on September 11, 2007 by Tim Schroeder

I’ve been sent a couple interview requests since I first started this blog and decided to go ahead and proceed with the first.

Dan Kenitz of Bipolar Nation (a political blog) asked if he could do an email interview. I usually probably won’t do many interviews in which they are posted on websites basically unlreated to making money online. I’m also usually short on time but I figured the free link and a bit more exposure albeit off-topic might be worth it.

If you would like to learn a little bit more about me and my past, jump on over to the BPN interview of Tim Schroeder here.

He asked me questions such as:

What was your first project that started making you money online?

These days, how is your approach different from back then?

What is an ordinary day like for you?

If a dictator took over and said you can have access to any site you want, but can only visit three sites per day, which three would you most visit?

and many more.

I like that last question! How would you have answered that one?

I answered:

1. Wordtracker 2. Google Adwords 3. Commission Junction

Wordtracker gives me a good keyword research tool. Adwords give me another keyword research tool plus a place to conduct PPC marketing campaigns. Commission Junction just because I need an affiliate network with a large amount of affiliate programs to test but they could be replaced with another network.

If you would like to do an email interview of myself, here are a couple tips.

1. Don’t ask questions that require long answers.

2. Please keep the total number of questions to 10 or less.

3. Let me know where it will be posted and hopefully your blog will be related to making money online.

So what did you think of the interview?
