If they had said “results not typical” needs to be a certain size type, I'd be OK with that. But not to be able to sell the dream seems wrong to me. Are advertisers suppose to focus on the negative instead of the positive? It is another case of the nanny state protecting the careless and irresponsible at the expense of everyone else.
