I use the Yahoo! Notepad widget to organize my tasks. The nice thing is if I'm away from my computer I can still access the notes through Yahoo!

Have you thought of making this site the/a blog for Webmaster Talk? Maybe something to consider.

The 80:20 rule definitely applies to SEO and it is one of the reasons I certainly don't have everything from the list applied to all of my sites.

It is also why I occasionally do paid reviews on my blog, which in themselves create some cornerstone content, but I turn down guest blogging (even paid) & consulting work on a daily basis.

Thanks Terry. I think this is the link on Carson's website you were referring to? http://www.carsonified.com/biz-tips/working-on-your-business-not-in-it

I'll give it read or at least put it on my To-Do list. :)

I haven’t come up with a decent way of organizing my workload just yet, but I think my own system will be a hybrid between David Allen’s “Getting Things Done” and Ryan Carson’s system. David Allen’s GTD system seems rather unwieldy and needs a good 3 or 4 hours per week spent just organizing and prioritizing your work. I’m sure it works really well if you are highly disciplined. Ryan Carson’s tips are a lot more simple and I think I would lean towards this style of time management. Check out Ryan’s GTD Tips video that is close to the bottom of his page.

Hope this helps.
